Grazey Days
Lazy Days Are Made For Grazing
About
Grazey Days started on June 29th 2020 – right in the middle of a Pandemic (great idea!)
I started off doing it part-time, in my home kitchen. 4 months on, the orders were still (unbelievably!) coming in. I was then lucky enough to sublet commercial premises to allow me to take on additional orders.
Grazey Days has now grown arms and legs and gone in directions I could never have imagined…first of all I have my very own unit!
I opened Grazey Days Takeaways on 30th October 2021 (no easy task when the building was previously used as an office!) – I continue to operate my Afternoon Teas out of here, but I also have a Takeaway which offers up Hot Pies, Sausage Rolls, and my very own creation – Macarollis!
Almost 2 years on, I now employ 6 members of staff, have a Delivery Van (and driver!), and a 2nd Van I have just purchased which is currently getting renovated to do Hot Food Deliveries to local offices, construction sites, and industrial estates.
Grazey Days won ‘Best New Business’ in 2021 from Highland Business Woman Awards, and ‘Best New Food Business’ in the Scotland Business Awards in 2022.
I am very very proud of what has been achieved in such a short space of time, and will be eternally grateful to everyone who has ordered so far and continues to support my wee dream.
Grazey Days is slightly ‘out there’ with ideas, and it’s not your ‘typical’ Afternoon Tea/Grazing Box kind of Company – and that’s just the way I like it.
Not too bad for one girl and her dog -x-
